  I have worked with Ryan and C2 Financial for multiple purchases and refinances over the years and I had great experiences every time.   I could not have asked for a better experience. We purchased a short sale that had the most complicated issues (multiple banks, tax issues, short escrow, etc.) and with Ryan's knowledge and expertise we were able to secure the purchase before the property foreclosed. We were limited on time due to a possible foreclosure, and securing a loan in such a short time was looking extremely difficult. If it wasn't for Ryan working on my loan around the clock we would not have closed on time.

Ryan was referred to me by coworkers. I was originally working with my former loan officer, which I had used three times prior. That Loan officer dropped the ball on me at the worst possible time. He flat out told me that he could not do it because he was "Too busy" for me and also could not recommend a loan officer to help his 3 time client. I was extremely disappointed that we were going to lose out on our dream home.

Ryan and Karen saved the day. Ryan took on the task knowing the complexity of the purchase and came through for us. Ryan even got me a lower interest rate and mortgage payment. My other loan officer couldn't even get close to the interest rate and I got from Ryan. If you want a great and knowledgeable Loan officer/broker go with Ryan, you will not be disappointed.

  Ryan was the BEST POSSIBLE, go-to source for all of our mortgage needs! We worked with a couple different brokers to start out and quickly found out that Ryan was ahead of the pack, and passionate about helping us reach our goals.   Ryan is fast to respond and on top of everything. We did a refi with him and had quite a few roadblocks along the way (not Ryan's fault) and he just did what he could to knock those blocks down. He was quick to contact (email or call) us when there was something and quick to respond when I had we had questions. There were a lot of technical terms and nuances involved and he does his best to answer questions.

After inquiring about using my VA home loan to purchase a house after several years of renting in San Diego, I going to continue renting after being told by several other lenders to wait until my credit score improved.
